The Wynwood of Troy is seeking a direct care staff supervisor for our 78 bed Assisted Living community!!The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of supportive services such as dressing, grooming, bathroom assistance, medication administration, bathing assistance and other activities of daily living to ensure the highest quality of care is consistently delivered to the residents within our community. The selected supervisor will also complete all the hiring, training and scheduling of care staff and will monitor staff performance as well as being required to carry on-call responsibilities.
Candidates being considered will be required to have at least two (2) years of both direct care experience as well as staff management experience in a long-term care setting while having a proven record of strong leadership skills.
