We are a leading national healthcare firm in need of a Staffing Coordinator.  This is a high profile position that reports to the Director of Clinical Operations and interacts with the Executive Team and other key operational, client and corporate personnel.

 

Job Duties:

 

·  Staffing office infusion centers with qualified pharmacists and nurses on a daily basis

·  Utilizing the most cost effective resources when scheduling

·  Create and maintain a database of local PRN personnel as well as regional, corporate and external agency resources.

·  Maintain and update ongoing scheduled benefit days and required staffing need

·  Verifies payroll of PRN staff

·  Communicates and provides timely follow-up of staffing solutions to key team members

·  Assist recruitment team as needed with reference checks, licensure verification and other required support as needed.

 

Qualifications:

Complete hours toward Bachelor's degree (B. A.); or recent healthcare related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
