In this exciting position, you will provide nursing care adapted to individual patient needs. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, and documenting the Nursing process. You will be responsible for delegating and supervising personnel to ensure that patient needs and expected outcomes are met. A variety of shifts are available.To qualify you must be a graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse Program, with a current Washington state RN license and BLS Certification. Position requires knowledge of human growth and development to modify services to the age and development stage of the patient.Our Critical Care Department performs under a Shared Leadership Model and a staff-directed Clinical Practice Council and Mentorship Program. We utilize evidence-based IHI methodologies in our practice and our Beacon Award application is under review. We’ve invested over 80 million dollars building four state-of-the-art CVORs equipped with all the latest technology.
