St. Louis Medical Customer Service Rep - Laparoscopy O.R. Specialist

Surgical Services Inc.

Operating Room Endoscopic / Medical Specialist

Responsibilities of the Endoscopic / Medical Specialist in the O.R. department have to do with the management of laparoscopic surgeries and other endoscopic specialties. We are there before, during and after the surgeries to set up, trouble shoot, offer technical support and provide assistance during surgery. We then clean, maintain and inspect all of our surgical equipment, instruments and supplies. Our main goal is surgeon, staff and client satisfaction through the customer service we provide.


REQUIREMENTS:
-Customer service skills and professionalism
-College education or medical certification preferred
-Medical experience or 2 years of customer service
-Must live within 45 minutes of our contracted hospital/s

-Must be able to participate in a call rotation
