Position Summary:·  Leads customer interaction, requirements gathering, evaluation, analysis, and design of the existing and proposed Web-based systems. · Helps project manager with project plan, detailed program specifications and/or flowcharts for programmer/analysts.  · Participates in the logical design of the application databases.· Plays a lead role in the Architecture/Design/Development of systems· Manages and maintains all web team source code and project documents · Coordinates Testing/Deployment/Documentation and Change Management Experience: Minimum of 8 years development experience and 4 years experience leading software development teams.  Extensive knowledge of computer systems, analysis, designs, requirements gathering, programming, formal testing, and debugging techniques including relational database development is also required.  Requires the following technical skills: C#, ASP.NET, Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2005, Web Services, VBScript, JavaScript, MS SQL Server 2000/2005 Design/Development, IIS 6.0. Experience with latest .Net technologies like Windows Workflow, Windows communication, Windows Presentation foundation is a definite plus.  Worked with TFS, Agile and Continuous Integration tool would be a plus. Proven experience building/maintaining applications using Informatica Power Center would be a strong point.
