Location: Redwood City, CA 94059 Employment Type: Full Time, Employee Pay Rate: 100,000.00 - 115,000.00 USD /year Reference Code: 1001142851 Staff IT Programmer/Analyst (.Net Web Developer) is responsible for developing and adapting computer systems; communicating with users to determine their data processing requirements; designing systems to satisfy business and user requirements; and writing computer programs to meet system design specifications. The ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities and excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have understanding and commitment to entire project life cycle. Work required is of moderate complexity and individual must be competent to handle most activities under general supervision. Job Responsibilities:  Design, code, test, debug, install, document and maintain moderately complex programs.  Communicate with users to determine their data processing requirements. Conduct detailed systems analysis to define system scope and objectives and determine requirements. Develop system and program specifications.  Prepare general and/or detailed flow charts for moderately complex programming systems.  Translate flow charts, problem statements, use cases and specifications into programming languages.  Develop test data, revisions and routines required for program release and revision.  Ensure procedures are thoroughly tested before release. Write reports of test results.  Detect, define and debug programs whenever problems arise.  Prepare system and programming documentation for users and other programmers in accordance with internal and external standards. Train users and programmers as required.  Review the work of other programmers as requested. Provide guidance and assistance as needed.  Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
