Thomas Jefferson University Hospital is currently seeking a Sr. Director of Finance. This position will be responsible for the direct oversight of operating and capital budgeting and financial analysis for all TJUH Divisions, as well as indirect oversight of all other TJUH System Divisions (i.e., Methodist, JHN, Physician Affiliates, Health Ventures and others.

 

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.  Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial operations and analysis, budgeting, accounting, and / or financial statement preparation, preferably in a hospital / healthcare setting. Direct experience with general ledger systems and staff supervision, as well as experience working with clinicians and hospital administrators.
