Senior Clinician - Clinical Services (FT/1Position): Clinical professional needed to perform evaluations and provide intensive in-home therapy. Bergen County based, but will also provide evaluations/assessments/therapy in the Passaic County Area.  Requires: MSW/LCSW or MA/ LPC, strong clinical and assessment skills, must be computer literate, valid driver’s license, and the willingness to travel as needed.  Applicants approaching LCSW or LPC licensure will be considered.  Salary commensurate with experience.

 

Assistant Director, Clinical Services – Group Homes (FT/1 Position): To insure that the TF-CBT approach to treatment is incorporated into the philosophy of care at the Adolescent Group Homes and that all staff are trained and implement the approach in a therapeutic manner.  To aid staff in understanding that their role is professional and critical to the child’s healing and will be guided by an evidence-based treatment practice model, incorporating professional parenting techniques, and strength based positive reinforcement as milieu treatment approach.  Requires: MSW/LCSW with a minimum of three years of direct clinical practice, preferably working in a child welfare setting with children and their families, must be willing to receive training and train staff in various clinical approaches to treatment – TF-CBT, other EBT approaches, knowledge of supervisory processes and willingness to develop managerial expertise through trainings and supervision, excellent written and verbal skills, computer literacy is essential.  Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
