We are currently recruiting a Sr. Business Analyst to join out Integration and Interfacing team. This position is responsible for creating the business and functional requirements necessary for creating software products that meet customers needs, expected delivery dates and exceptional quality standards.Responsibilities Include:• Work with developers and architects to define Integration needs for Misys products.• Assist with Quality Analyst to define interfacing and integration testing methodologies.• Assist with the beta implementation of new Interface products, as well as the training and handoff to the Interface Implementation and Support teams• Production and review of high-level requirements specifications / functional analysis • Production of User Acceptance Documents and Checklists in support of beta programsQualifications:Education/Experience Requirements:• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Science, Computer Science Software, or other relevant combination of training and experience• Typically requires 4+ years experience in related role/field• Experience implementing and supporting software for external customers in a UNIX and/or Windows environment• Healthcare IT and/or HL7 Interface experience is a requirement. Strong HL7 knowledge• Misys application experience desired• Good working knowledge of TCP/IP and similar network and communications protocols• Proven analytical and problem solving skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMisys Healthcare: Experience, Solutions, Results
