Sr. Administrative Assistant

We are located in New Brunswick, NJ and currently seeking a Senior level Administrative Assistant to work with upper level management to a Vice President of our Company.  Qualified candidates will possess the following characteristics:  Keep VP schedule and takes initiative in absence of VP; creates correspondence on behalf of VP, answers routine emails, arranges for travel, initiates projects and completes with little supervision, handles routine phone inquiries, covers for colleagues in their absence. 

PC Skills at an Experienced level include:Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint REQUIRED along with 2 - 5 years Senior Level Administrative Experience REQUIRED.
