Sr. Accounts Payable Rep
Senior Accounts Payable Representative
Aptium Oncology, Inc. is dedicated to helping cancer patients live longer and better lives by developing and managing leading cancer programs in coordination with physicians and hospitals. We currently have an immediate opening for a Senior Accounts Payable Representative at the corporate office in Los Angeles, CA.
In this role, the successful candidate will ensure the proper and timely payment of invoices for assigned complex high volume accounts, reconcile vendor accounts and act as the liaison between accounts payable and outside/inside customers. Qualified candidate will have a High School diploma or an equivalent background (some college-level accounting coursework is preferred) and a minimum of 3 years of A/P experience ideally in a corporate office environment or any combination of education and/or experience that would provide an equivalent background. A thorough knowledge of SAP and applicable A/P & G/L systems and procedures, financial charts of accounts and corporate procedures is also essential. Must have proficiency with PCs and related software. Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities are a must.
