Our client is searching for a SOX Compliance Specialist to support the requirements for Functional Auditors to support Sarbanes Oxley 302 and 404 requirementson and implementation. We are looking for full spectrum candidates with experience in preparing narratives, developing walk-throughs, identifying risks and developing and executing tests for identified risks in a Sarbanes (SOX) environment. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting and 3-5 years of Audit experience including 6 months or more of the implementation of SOX compliance work. Advanced certification (CPA, CIA, CISM, CISSP, CISA, etc.) andexperience documenting procedures under COSO/COBIT or other recognized risk control framework.
