Software Installation/Support Representative

Job Description:

PNC/Xpack Network Services seeks a high motivated Healthcare EDI Installation/Support representative who loves to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment using the latest technologies in the Healthcare industry. Your responsibilities will be development level support in the

troubleshooting of claims related issues and providing assistance onclaims related and product support questions for clients andinstallation of software.

Key Performance Elements/Essential Functions:

Strong customer services skills in working with users.

 

Must be familiar with different payer and clearing house electronic claim, file format requirements, and billing requirements.

 

Experience troubleshooting issues and providing resolution for electronic, claim files in ANSI X12, NSF Formats.

 

Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.

 

Strong team player.

 

Good organizational skills

 

Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

 

Demonstrates a good understanding of quality process and the ability to produce high quality solutions.

 

Some overnight travel.

 

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in a hospital business office setting preferred.

 

Minimum 2 years of experience in claims troubleshooting or claim billing preferred.

 

Minimum 2 years experience in payer communications preferred.

 

Must be eligible to work in the US.

 

Must have valid drivers license.

 

Demonstrated knowledge of payer requirements and billing.

 

Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
