An opportunity now exists for a Spanish-English bilingual, experienced psychotherapist to provide direct mental health and substance abuse services to patients of our community health center and the surrounding community.
You will be responsible for evaluation and therapy in various formats (child and adult individual, family, short/long term). Training and willingness to work with adults, children and families is a must. This position also involves responding to emergencies, coordinating care with other providers, documentation, external agency liaison and participating in departmental training and administrative work.
In addition to a Master’s degree, the right candidate must be licensed in the state of Massachusetts, have a solid understanding of clinical practice & psychological theory, and experience in a community mental health setting.
