Provides social work services to patients, and families and as employees, Services include,Psycho-social evaluation, discharge planning, education, crisis intervention and referral to community resources. BSW or Bachelors degree in related discipline, 1 yr. health care social work experience, NJ State Social Worker license required. Good interpersonal skills, familiarity with medical terminology.
