Social Work Supervisor
Foundations for Home & Community and First Home Care provide treatment/specialized and traditional foster care services for children who need placement in a stable, supportive and nurturing environment.
We are currently recruiting for a Social Work Supervisor (LICSW).
Provides clinical supervision of Social Workers and Case Managers. Ensures that quality services are provided to the clients in compliance to organization standards and policies. Master's Degree in Social Work. Clinical social work license in DC and Maryland required (LICSW/LCSW-C). Two or more years of direct clinical services experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults and families. Previous foster care and supervisory experience strongly preferred.
