We are currently interviewing for a Social Services Director.  In this position you will implement social services interventions, coordinate discharge planning, Family council, and grievance complaint process.  In addition to these duties, the position also interviews, hires, and trains staff to carry out the responsibilities of the Social Services Department.

Requirements: BS Social Work, experience in long term care or skilled nursing, and state licensure.
