Community Alternatives, Inc. is a not for profit social service agency looking for caring, dependable, hardworking individuals to work with children in the school, home and community in the Beaver County Area.

Applicants must be willing to work non traditional hours. Full and part time available.

In-Home Program Manager applicants must have at least a high school diploma. Program Managers will be working with youths in the Beaver County area as a mentor in the youths home and in the community.

TSS applicants must have at least an Associate Degree with 3 years paid full time experience working with children or a Bachelor Degree in a human service field or any other field with at least 1 year of experience working with children. TSS will provide one on one behavioral support to youths that have a mental health diagnosis. Support services will be in the school, home or community.

Mobile Therapist/Behavior Specialist Consultant applicants must have a Master's Degree in the human service field and at least 1 year experience in the CASSP system. MT's will provide one on one intensive therapeutic services to youths. BSC's will provide behavioral support to youths and their families.

All applicants must have Acts 33/34 clearances as well as FBI background check.
