Provide 24x7 on-call support of environment as part of rotating team coverage. Provide in-depth consulting to customers at the highest technical level in the identification and resolution of the overall infrastructure problems or difficulties at highest technical level to identify and resolve problems. Actively participate and contribute in definition of standards, guidelines, best practices and metrics. Evaluate new developments and recommend infrastructure modifications. Evaluate new version of software being released by vendors and provide feedback about its impact on existing infrastructure. Analyze existing infrastructure and recommend modifications that will enhance capacity and meet business requirements. Candidates will be working in a team environment. Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in administration and debugging of Sun LDAP or comparable software. Experience in administration and debugging of CA SiteMinder or comparable software is desirable. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to drive issues to resolution. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual. Ability to effectively work in a fast paced changing environment.
