Sr. Wellness Coordinator

 

CHD Meridian Healthcare, a subsidiary of I-trax Inc., a leading provider of integrated workplace health and productivity management solutions, is seeking a full-time Senior Wellness Coordinator to work at a Fortune 500 Financial Corporate Health Center in Jersey City, NJ. This position will work with our on-site medical staff as a liaison with the client management staff to collaborate new wellness initiatives.

 

Responsibilities Include: Assist various client managers on projects/tasks such as wellness programs focused on programs for seminars, recreation, regional offerings, work/family offerings and various specialty programs. This position will support the VP in guiding and advising consultants and staff regarding day-to-day tactical delivery of programming and assist with implementing. Work with On-site Operations & Facilities Manager in the areas of capital projects and on-site operations including but not limited to: Development of new headquarters, Assessment of future needs on new office building, renovation projects and other initiatives as assigned. Assist with finance and metrics and integrated delivery of programming and products to establish synergies by leveraging best practices and implementing quality control, complaint, escalation, and other SOP processes as required.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Experience in project support and project management required Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Experience with financials and budgets is preferred Outstanding presentation and reporting skills utilizing Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
