Senior Voice/Data Network Consultant - Plymouth, MN

This position requires a strong knowledge of Cisco Call Manager design, MS Server configuration, administration, IP phone configuration, call flow design, network design and systems documentation.    Primary Responsibilities: This individual will be providing system design, implementation and support of the Cisco Call Manger and IP Telephony platforms. They will also be responsible for the troubleshooting of voice systems and network issues. Will work with customers and vendors in the deployment of new applications.  Qualifications: Any experience in Cisco or IP Telephony solutions. 1+ yrs of Telecommunications experience with voice switching technology.
