JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for controlling and managing a nationwide fleet of mobile medical units by controlling costs and allocating resources through a well-balanced and efficient monthly schedule, in accordance with Concentra policies, practices and procedures.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Create, manage, and simultaneously maintain many small to mid size healthcare projects in multiple locations across the United States - Continually review and audit schedule to ensure accurate/efficient mobile medical unit project schedules - Achieves and optimizes project schedule by planning resource utilization in advance of client bookings as well as minimizing costs and maximizing revenue.- Coordinates and manages resource planning including labor pool, medical equipment, supplies, and mobile medical units- Responsible for resource planning, customer relationship management, problem solving, and conflict resolution- Monitor multiple projects simultaneously to provide risk and change management- Produces good economic decisions in routing resources and managing costs.- Executes strong, consistent, and detailed communication concerning monthly project schedule with internal and external stakeholders.- Ensures monthly forecasted revenue numbers are achieved by scheduling existing clients and working with sales staff to schedule new opportunities.- Develops and maintains relationships with staffing agencies, field personnel, medical experts, sales staff, and external clients.- Makes projections of several variables at once, such as staffing overages/shortages, capacity rates, new sales, revenue goal attainment, and develop a most-likely scenario for success with ability to communicate scenario.- Translates analysis into actionable strategy.Coordinate efforts with sales, fleet management, and operations management to meet the goals of project schedules.- Performs other duties, as assigned.TO APPLY: Visit our internet site, www.concentra.com/careers EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Experience in logistics, resource and cost management.JOB RELEVENT EXPERIENCE:5 years experience in field or related area.Experience with oil and gas scheduling, airline scheduling, shipping company, transportation or logistics outfit a plus.JOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:Extremely detail oriented.Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast paced and business-critical environment.Highly motivated with strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong customer service skills.Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases.Strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Office environment.
