The Sr. Sales Representative provides overall leadership and direction during high level implementation of new accounts that exceed $1,000,000 in annual volume. Creation of implementation strategy that drives renewal and penetration of PMI’s product line. Problem solves operational issues and create solutions and methodologies that facilitate excellent customer service.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSÂ
Â
Creates solutions that would solve customer issues and create revenue opportunities for PMI.
Â
Assisting in creating budget and objectives for sales area in relation to national accounts.
Â
Contracting activities, workflow discussion and strategic sales activities.
Â
Gathers and provides competitive information and identifies and monitors industry trends and changes.
Â
Identifies issues, problems and opportunities, gathers and interprets the information, then generates alternatives and commits to action.
Â
Partners with Regional Managers to resolve customer complaints/problems as they arise and/or coordinates the resolution.
Â
Maintains compliance with operational budget guidelines.
Â
Maintains a professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.
Â
Creates and delivers presentations that embody poise and polish that creates a sense of credibility in all communications and interactions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Â
Education, Training and/or Experience
Â
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field; 5 years of sales experience.
Â
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personal Characteristics
Â
Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
Â
High degree of integrity; highly ethical.
Â
Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects, adhering to strict timelines.
Â
High degree of initiative and independent judgment.

Computer skills: Microsoft Office applications.
 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Â
Previous experience in Workers Compensation, Managed Care, or Third Party Administration. Â
The nature of the work requires an ability to effectively communicate and exchange information, collect, compile and prepare work documents operating standard business office equipment. Day and overnight travel (approx. 50% travel by air and automobile) required for sales responsibilities and trade show attendance.

The work is performed in a general office environment. Requires availability for extended hours during peak periods plus non-traditional hours required to perform job duties. Due to travel schedules and after hour activities with clients and tight deadlines there is a high possibility of working more than 40 hours a week.
