SENIOR SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST

Specific Responsibilities Include:

Become a key liaison to Division Vice Presidents, Regional Vice Presidents and Market Managers for analyzing competitive initiatives, as well as annual planning which would include developing and managing Quarterly Board Reports and templates.  In a collaborative effort, this role will help to drive strategy and maximize sales productivity by developing KPI reports, analyzing existing data, as well as perform territory optimization analysis.





- Will analyze competitive markets and develop market segment – market profitability reports. 

- Will develop and automate forecasting for each Division, Region, Market and Territory. 

- Will train staff on operational tools

- Will manage optimization project which maximizes sales productivity by calling on the correct focus accounts, and building effective territory plans including routing.

- Will analyze and look for potential growth opportunities.

- On-going identification of critical issues or opportunities for improvement leading to the development of appropriate solutions



Required Qualifications:

1).  Bachelor Degree, with at least 7 or more years of related experience required.

2).  Demonstrated experience with a sales CRM tool as an administrator, and we are specifically looking for a solid background with Siebel.

3).  Intermediate to advanced MS Access skills to include; Queries, Imports, Exports and development of databases.

4).  Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills to include; Sorts, Pivot Tables, Graphs and basic formulas, i.e., Vlookup, Exact, Trim, Countif and Sumif.

5).  Outstanding interpersonal communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to work with all levels of staff from all backgrounds and disciplines.

6).  Experience developing SOP’s, with sales operations experience a strong plus.

7). Must understand business and systems analysis, the proposal definition process, and have demonstrated experience in applying them in best-practices.
