We are looking for a Senior SAP Finance Project Manager.  This is a permanent position located in Princeton, New Jersey.Job Description: SAP Finance Project Manager will be responsible for design and implementation of the SAP ERP system and configuration of FICO modules to support Finance business requirements. Work closely with the finance team to define/re-engineer functional processes and requirements for the design of the SAP Finance application modules. The SAP Finance Project Manager will provide expert support to SAP users, and work to re-solve application problems efficiently to minimize business disruption. This person will work closely with the cross functional SAP team members and other IT functions to ensure proper implementation of the application, including ensuring that design documents are complete and accurate, testing is appropriate and complete, SOX requirements are adhered to, business process procedures are accurate from the technical perspective and all configuration and validation standards are adhered to. Key Activities: * Project manages projects in SAP Finance area. Drive requirement gathering sessions and manage issue resolution. * Provide expert support to business end-users on use of SAP FICO functionality within Sandoz US * Trouble shoot SAP system technical and functional issues and coordinate issue resolution with development, technical and operations teams. * Ensure the SAP implementation is a continued success across the organization Key Responsibilities: SAP Project Management * Project Manage * Assign Finance project * Be hands on application expert and prepare/review project deliverable * Follow defined change control processes and procedures * Develop validation documentation when required  SAP Engagement Management * Assist SAP Finance Manager to build and maintain relationship with key executives within the Finance organization. * Play role of an internal business consultant. * Solve business issues with combination of system functionality, more efficient processes and deep industry experience. Perform SAP Systems Support * Provide expert support on SAP, FICO functionality. * Assist users with system problems, Assist users in understanding information need. * Train personnel on system processes and usage.   Provide Analytical Support * Facilitate user groups to determine root cause of issues * Assess and document the impacts of proposed solutions * Proactively identify system improvement opportunities * Proactively monitor data quality within SAP * Work with other IT functions to deliver changes / improvement projects in line with business priorities Specialized Skills and Knowledge: * Business knowledge in the Finance FRA area * Direct experience in creating business change using SAP Financials * Advanced SAP configuration experience in FICO modules ECC 6.0 * Experience with other SAP applications: Inventory & Supply Chain Management, Sales and Distribution, Procurement Cycle. * BW report writing experience * Participated through full lifecycle of a significant SAP implementation * Experience with supporting systems in a SOX-compliant environment * Project Management / Facilitation / presentation skills * Experience in managing technical teams & resources Minimum Requirements: * Education (minimum/desirable): Degree in IT / Finance or related field * CPA certification is desired * SAP Academy certification is a plus * Languages: English (fluent written and spoken) * Experience: Minimum 8 years experience supporting SAP FICO * Experience of supporting SAP FICO in a multi-plant U.S. pharmaceutical company, including knowledge of rebate, chargeback and Medicaid processes * 7-10 years required Experience To Apply:For fast and confidential consideration, click the 'Apply Now' buttonPlease send an updated resume to Braylynne.Ryan@hudson.com OR visit www.hudson.com and apply online.
