Senior Recovery/Resolution Representative - Green Bay, WI

The power of our products and services help customers leverage information assets, enhance clinical and financial insight, increase the quality of health care delivery and administration and improve cost management.    The ICC Subrogation Associate will investigate accidental injury cases and evaluate the information developed in terms of its savings and/or recovery potential in relation to the Ingenix mission of maximizing savings and/or obtaining subrogation recoveries for our clients.  This Associate must develop an action plan, revise the action plan when new information is secured, and/or carry out a plan with only limited information at their disposal.  This position also entails providing status updates and assistance as appropriate to clients, members, coworkers, and/or management.   Primary Responsibilities:  Anticipates customer needs and proactively identifies solutions. Solves complex problems on own; proactively identifies new solutions to problems. Plans, prioritizes, organizes and completes work to meet established objectives. Strong communication, people, and organizational skills.  Adapt quickly to change and function productively in a team environment Qualifications:A High School Graduate or equivalent is required — College/Technical School education is desired.  1 year prior customer service experience is required 1 year of healthcare/insurance industry experience is required  Knowledge of medical terminology required Experience in a PC based information environment is required 1 year of experience working on multiple computer applications required Previous coordination of benefits and/or subrogation experience is preferred, but not an essential requirement Anticipates customer needs and proactively identifies solutions Solves complex problems on own; proactively identifies new solutions to problems.
