This may be a great opportunity for you!!Volt is currently recruiting for Senior Data Entry Clerks and Senior Typists with strong data entry and Microsoft Office skills. Positions are responsible for entering customer and company healthcare insurance information into multiple programs while utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word regularly. Positions are temporary positions lasting 4 to 5 months possibly longer depending on customer need and employee performance. Work Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pmVolt places professionals in contract, temporary and temporary-to-direct positions in all facets of Administrative Support such as Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, General Clerical Receptionist, Switchboard Operator, Customer Service, Word Processor, Data Entry Clerk, and Mail Services Clerk. Our customers include leading companies in the region and while assignments are generally short-term, many lead to long-term opportunities. Volt is an equal opportunity employer and a competitive benefits package is available. Requirements: Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of clerical experience. Must be proficient in both 10 key and alphanumeric typing. Experience in the Healthcare/Medical industry is preferred but not required. Organization, typing, data entry skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, thoroughness, ability to make decisions, independence, and high energy level are attributes that will allow for success in these positions. Favorable Background, Drug Screen, and Reference check results required along with passing MS Word, Excel, and Outlook evaluation scores.Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook; and various types of office equipment may be required.
