Senior Payroll Analyst
This full time position, located in Bryn Mawr, PA (7:30 AM - 4PM ), will be responsible for processing multi-state biweekly payrolls for one or more entities of Main Line Health, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Will perform moderately complex tasks in preparation of payroll processing. Will also prepare, analyze and review various payroll records and reports, while responding to inquiries from all levels of employees and interpret statutory regulations. Will perform calculations to process exception items; retros, terminations and tax adjustments and comply with current payroll practices and payroll accounting practices. This position will use more than one software package to prepare spreadsheets, memos, reports, and other material requiring accuracy and speed. Will also use of judgment for appropriate responses to employees payroll related issues.
Requirements:
· Minimum of four to six years of payroll experience required.
· Associate's Degree in Accounting is preferred, however, equivalent work experience or certification in Fundamentals of Payroll may be substituted.
· Must have knowledge of payroll practices and automated payroll systems. Competence in MS-Windows applications and spreadsheets required.
· Peoplesoft payroll and Kronos expr preferred with hands on experience in large company environment .
· CPP - Certified Payroll Professional and FCP - Fundamental Payroll Certification also preferred
