For employees working in the analysis phase to prepare detailed specifications, use the Systems Analysis function. Solve complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses. Work with minimal guidance; seek guidance on only the most complex tasks. Strong understanding of financial reporting and Enterprise planning and budgeting. Ability to think logically in solving problems and to present recommendations in a clear and concise form. Ability to work in the early, ambiguous stage of a project to develop and lead the project requirements. Develop innovative approaches. Sought out as expert. Serve as a leader/ mentor. Review the work of others.Qualifications:5 + yrs system analyst experience. 5 + yrs experience in packaged ERP solutions like Oracle E-Business suite is required. 5 + yrs of versatile business experience and initiative beyond ERP systems, including Business Intelligence, advanced accounting experience, or other systems or business experience required.Oracle E-business suite 11.5.x or R12 experience required. 2 + yrs experience working with Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow preferred. 2 + yrs Oracle EBS experience with Finance, SCM or CRM preferred. Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them. Serve as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues. Solve complex problems and developsinnovative solutions. Perform complex conceptual analyses. Review work performed by others and provide recommendations for improvement. Forecast and plan resource requirements. Authorize deviations from standards. May lead functional or segment teams or projects. Provides explanations and information to others on the most complex issues.
