Senior IT Business Analyst

Based on fact-finding and stakeholder/user input, define and implement both systems and business process solutions to promote efficient work flows. Perform analysis of alternatives, provide recommendations, and generate innovative ideas to resolve problems. Manage efforts related to Service Solutions systems initiatives (Service Request Center, At Your Service, etc), as required. Coach and mentor Business Analysts and Quality Assurance Analysts on the Service Solutions team. Provide leadership for and engaging in quality assurance activities, as appropriate. Present functionality and other key requirements and design information to the stakeholder community. Handle complex issues and discrepancies of opinion among stakeholders to negotiate resolution and priority. Company thought leader and Functional SME. Resource to senior leadership.
