Senior Compensation Analyst

As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will: *Evaluate solutions and develop/finalize long and short-range compensation strategies/plans/objectives to effectively address business needs. *Evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation and salary plans and recommend/implement changes to improve plan effectiveness. Prepare plan documents. *Direct the development and implementation of company-wide compensation programs. Develop/recommend new or revised policies/programs/guidelines to meet corporate business objectives and budgetary constraints and ensure their compliance with compensation-related laws/regulations (e.g., FLSA. ADA, etc.). *Establish and administer the implementation of company-wide compensation methodologies. Provide research into new methodologies and the feasibility of their use in the company. *Develop executive, sales, management and special incentive/bonus programs and prepare plan documents. Oversee the analysis/evaluation of plan results and recommend/implement changes to improve plan effectiveness. *Plan, organize, and prepare year-end bonus calculations. Work with Corporate Finance management to ensure that timely payments are made and oversee the preparation of bonus/stock option related reports for executive management. Qualfications *Bachelor's Degree *A minimum of eight years progressive compensation experience *Advanced knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, salary structure/merit budget development, and sales, management and executive incentive/bonus plan design *Strong knowledge of Excel and compensation related software *Excellent oral/written communication skills expect more from Gentiva At Gentiva, you'll find everything you need to make the most of your career, including skilled, collaborative associates; a team-oriented approach and the resources of a national company.
