This individual is responsible for coordinating high-level communication materials for employees, leaders and various other internal audiences at our 8,400-employee health care system. This is a professional-level position working under limited supervision with high-production weekly and daily demands in a fun and intense environment. We need someone who has strong experience with: - Strategic employee communications - Great writing and editing skills - Leading large employee communication campaigns - Working with executive-level leaders to assess and deploy their communication needs - Ability to handle multiple communication projects at a time – from leadership forum coordination to writing content under deadline - Helping to develop our Intranet system and make our employee website a more robust, fully developed system This job requires strong writing skills, newsletter and communication material production background, multi-tasking, organization skills, good judgment with decisions related to communication recommendations and a team-player attitude. The Senior Employee Communications Specialist will work with a small but highly productive Employee Communications team within the Marketing department.
