The result is better care and a reduction in overall health care costs. Primary Responsibilities:Development and/or on-going management and administration of clinical programs. Provides implementation support, measurement standards, and revisions as needed that incorporate applicable best practices with proven outcomes. Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed. Works with less structured, more complex issues. Serves as a resource to others. Staff supervision and data reporting.Qualifications:Masters degree level behavioral health professional. Illinois Clinical license. At least 2 years of behavioral health managed care experience. At least 2 years of professional PC experience (Outlook and Excel).
