Senior Application Developer

Our Nashville area client is one of Nashville's Future 50 and is seeking a candidate with Team Lead qualities to join their growing team. Qualified candidates will have a background in technical help desk relating to networking and also software support.  This  opportunity will require a well rounded individual with initiative and ability to be a team player.  A strong work ethic and good communication skills, written and verbal, are a must.

Ability tp manage a team up to from 3-5 supporting Tier I to III efforts for
*Providing technical support in a call center environment
* Troubleshoot client problems and resolve complex issues (mostly LAN, Exchange, SQL)
*Case management of client issues
*Call documentation and logging
*Training client end users on software upgrades and features
*Installing client software updates
*Developing and growing client relationship
*Exceeding client expectations
