Sales and Marketing Representative

Online Radiology Medical Group (www.onlineradiology.com) is seeking an experienced sales representative to help grow our business.  We are a teleradiology firm that sells remote radiology reading services to radiology groups, hospitals, and imaging centers.  We have been growing at a rapid pace and are looking for a sales representative that can work in a small but growing company effectively.  Ideal candidates will have a college degree, have 5 years of post-college work experience with at least 2 of them making direct sales of medical equipment, software, or services to radiologists, imaging centers, and/or hospitals, and has extraordinary energy and communication skills.  This is an exciting opportunity to grow with an emerging company in an emerging industry.  Online Radiology is based in Riverside, CA, but candidate may be based anywhere in US, although a Southern California location would be most convenient.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

-          4 year college degree

-          5 years work experience minimum with at least 2 years working as sales representative  in healthcare industry.

-          Excellent communication skills and energy

-          Excellent sales and marketing knowledge/skill

-          Savvy with modern computer software (Microsoft Suite, CRM tools, etc)

-          Disciplined work ethic

 

JOB TASKS:

-          50% plus travel

-          Work from home office ok, although frequent office appearances in Riverside headquarters required, especially in first 4 to 8 weeks

-          85% of time to be spent generating new business leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

-          15% of time to be spent assisting with marketing strategy, including trade show appearance and assistance.

 

COMPENSATION:

-          Competitive base salary with VERY aggressive performance based bonus (performance based on adding revenue from new customer acquisition)
