Job Description:
Assists with the creation, assembly and distribution of US Family Health Plan sales materials and marketing collateral (enrollment kits, provider listings, brochures, newsletters, advertising, videos, direct mail projects). Responsible for supporting sales and marketing staff with fulfillment of requests for sales materials and marketing collateral. Assists in sales and marketing staff with planning and staffing Plan events, including health fairs, information sessions, and open houses. Fields inbound calls from prospects calling the Sales and Marketing toll-free line. Assists with the production of the USFHP member and provider newsletters, as needed. Provides data entry support by entering direct mail responses, phone responses, event attendees and other sales leads as appropriate in the sales lead management database. Provides data entry support by assisting Provider Network Coordinator with maintaining the provider database. Responsible for providing desktop publishing support for marketing projects including surveys, newsletters, provider listings, direct mail campaigns and other special projects. Performs other activities including special projects, report generation, and graphics and presentation creation as needed for marketing and external services to support the plan activities and health center operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing or Communications, two to three years marketing, project management, administrative support experience in the health care environment, excellent computer skills required. Experience with Microsoft Office software is required, especially with Word, Excel and Access. Familiarity with GoldMine is desired. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills necessary. Sales skills helpful.
