Sales Support Administrator

LabCorp one of the premier reference laboratories in the country is seeking an Sales Support Administrator to support our Executive Staff in our Phoenix location. Candidates must be very professional, highly organized, able to multi-task. Must have corporate executive administrative level experience also able to interact with all levels of staff. Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Duties to include: providing support by, preparing, maintaining and updating monthly/quarterly reports, handling information requests; performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging travel, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and planning scheduling and coordination meetings and functions. . Job Requirements: The qualified candidate will have 2-4 years of executive assistant experience as well as excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint skills are a must.
