RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Assist the company's sales and marketing efforts by maintaining an accurate database of product and company information for use in RFP responses and proposals, assisting in the completion of RFPs, assisting with maintenance of sales database and revenue reporting, and supporting efforts of sales representatives and Sales Operations ongoing.

 Write and secure approval for entries in RFP database. Oversee regular auditing and maintenance of RFP database. Work with subject matter experts, compliance and product management to ensure overall accuracy of database.Assist Manager of Sales Operations in the RFP process, including RFP production and fulfillment, and RFP response in a back-up capacity. Manage client reference program and reference appreciation programs. Work with Client Services to identify and communicate appropriate client references.Maintain and update standard sales proposals and pricing spreadsheets for large group sales.Maintain and update sample document library for use in RFP responses.Maintain list of subject matter experts for RFP response purposes.Maintain and enhance CONEXIS Sales demo websites by working with CONEXIS IT team to test demo sites for accuracy and current functionality.Assist other Sales Operations team members with ongoing operations of company store.Assist in preparation and final delivery of finalist materials.Assist Sales Database Administrator in performing data entry and verification, including preparation and review of reports.Assist Director of Sales Operations and Marketing and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing with projects and assignments as necessary.Assist other Sales Operations team members with projects and assignments as needed.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Two years experience in marketing and communications.

Experience with proposal, communications, and database management and development preferred.

Strong written and communication skills required.

Exceptional project management, organizational, and analytical skills are required.

Ability to handle multiple projects in deadline-driven environment.

High proficiency in Word and other Microsoft applications required.

Experience with Pragmatech software (RFP Machine) preferred.

Available to work hours as prescribed and as needed.

Must be deadline oriented and responsive.

Interactive and independent decision making skills are important.

Preferred - Bachelors Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or equivalent industry experience.
