Sales Executive Employee Benefits Consultant

Managed Care Consultants (MCC), an Employee Benefits Consulting Firm, is seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team.  The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-started with a license to sell Life and Health insurance and have 3 or more years of experience in a sales environment with a history of success.   This can be a part-time or full-time position.

Job Description will Include (but not limited to):

·         Produce revenue through sales to new clients.

·         Provide service to clients according to their needs, retaining them as clients.

·         Manage sales opportunities and account service to comply with industry standards.

·         Participate in team sales situations

·          Maintain knowledge of industry trends, concepts, practices, products and financial arrangements to better service clients and prospects. 

 

Requirements

·         Have a proven track record of substantial sales experience.

·         Have a strong understanding of Health & Welfare benefits business.

·         Multi-level relationship building skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work towards team and individual goals; good analytical and problem solving skills.  Understanding of and commitment to maintaining knowledge of industry trends, concepts, products, practices and financial arrangements.

·         Must be assertive, self-motivated, goal-oriented, people oriented and have a high energy level. 

 

 Managed Care Consultants offers 50-70% commissions compensation, and ideally would prefer the candidate to have an established book of business.   This position also allows you the flexibility to work from home or the office.
