Careington International is a dynamic and growing healthcare company located in Frisco, Texas. We are currently seeking an outgoing, self motivated and success-driven Sales Associate. The purpose of this position will be to plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities, to develop sales of dental and other products to businesses and individuals. The principal sales method will be outbound telemarketing with a focus on retail business.


General Duties and Responsibilities:
• Make outbound phone calls to businesses, agents (both existing & new), and wholesale clients.
• Answer inbound sales calls.
• Give presentations to potential clients locally.
• Develop ideas for direct mail and marketing (sales pieces, advertising, premiums, telemarketing scripts).
• Set up meetings with potential clients.

Requirements Include:
• Good understanding of outbound telemarketing.
• Must be able to average 50 plus calls per day.
• Must be a team player with impeccable integrity and work ethic.
• Must be able to actively manage their accounts and Agents.
• Must maintain an acceptable Close Ratio on inbound calls.

Skills Include:
• Solid sales and phone background
• Basic computer skills

Education:
• High school graduate with college degree preferred.





The salary for this position is base plus commission.
