At BenefitMall, we view ourselves as an extension of each Broker’s support team.  We provide Brokers with local market expertise, product price quotes, client proposals, enrollment support and ongoing client services.  Our Alpharetta office is currently seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team and become part of our professional, positive upbeat environment. We are looking for a friendly, positive individual to greet visitors, answer multi-line phones and perform administrative functions for internal and external clients. Sales Administrative Assistant Responsibilites: Answer all phone calls Assist agents with specific requests Preparing quotes for various carriers Know prescreen requirements for each carrier & timelines Check status for pending quotes and prescreens Know requirements for various carrier products Prepare New Broker packets and enrollment packets Assist with projects and overflow Prepare monthly reports as needed Sales Administrative Assistant Requirements: Must have a minimum of 1 year front desk or related experience Strong communication skills A friendly positive attitude is a requirement Manage multiple tasks simultaneously MS Office-excel & word/MS Outlook & data entry experience BenefitMall Offers:Excellent Health BenefitsDental VisionMatching 401K planLife Insurance 9 Company Paid HolidaysPaid Time off Plan EOEPlease apply online For additional information visit us at: http://www.benefitmall.com
