SYSTEMS ANALYST - TELECOMM
Maintains and implements telecommunication systems and databases to ensure optimum performance of automated systems.Manages Voice Communications requests/projects/products in order to provide automated solutions that meet Inova Health System's business needs.Communicates project and team status to internal and external audiences to keep project team informed.Participates in system technical and application reviews to determine feasibility, cost and evaluate usefulness for Inova Health System.Assists in recruitment, development and training of existing and new employees.
Job Requirements:
Two to five years experience in supporting, developing, analyzing manual and automated systems. Good communication skills & the ability to work independently. Preferred experience in progressively responsible assignments in system analysis functions. Systems Analysis and Design, Database Concepts, and Cost/Benefit Analysis. Vendor training and/or in Northern Telecom, Lucent, Siemens, NEC or equivalent. Manufacturer equipment training. Verbal and written communication skills and computer skills (Microsoft Office) required.
Education Requirements
Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
