SR. COMPENSATION ANALYST

We are seeking a self-motivated professional with at least 3 years of experience to act as a consultant/subject matter expert providing a full range of compensation consulting, analysis and program administration services. This key position is responsible for researching, collecting and analyzing internal and external data for compensation decision making; implementing and administering the annual compensation review process; and influencing clients to achieve compensation objectives.

The selected candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of compensation theory and concepts, business acumen and an understanding of human resources principles and techniques. Candidates must be highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint, and have the ability to maintain confidential information and materials. To qualify, candidates’ educational background and experience should include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field, and three years' experience as a compensation analyst. Experience in another human resources discipline is preferred, and progress toward CCP or Master's degree a plus. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
