SQL Server Developer

Requirements:

5-7 years of relational database experience within a multi-tiered environment including use of database performance and monitoring tools.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2005.

Strong stored procedure skills.

Solid understanding of SQL Server tuning, locking, indexing and error handling.

Strong understanding of how to maximize SQL Server application scalability, performance, recoverability, and maintainability.

Candidates should have a solid understanding of Accounting/Financial Systems and/or Accounting Principles. 

A stong background in Visual Basic 6.0 is a great asset to this position.

Candidates should have a desire to learn emerging technologies.
