Senior Director of QMRCThe Senior Director of QMRC is responsible for the development of safety and measurement of quality of care and PI, directing and coordinating accreditation, policy and regulatory affairs initiatives. This position serves as the liaison with JCAHO, Dept of Health, CMS and other agencies. Acts as an administrator of Utilization Review, discharge planning, clinical informatics, performance improvement, risk management, infection control, and employee health. Maintains administrative oversight for Compliance integration of service throughout the organization, providing leadership, supervision, and coaching of the staff while creatively facilitating change, barrier removal and empowerment to achieve organization goals.
