Seeking exp Scheduling Coordinator or an individual w/related adm. exp. in a nursing home or healthcare setting. Ideal candidate is a nurse or healthcare professional w/2years exp. w/scheduling & strong organizational, communication, computer & supervisory skills. Duties include scheduling aides & pro nurses, maintaining adequate staffing levels, (we maintain 98% in-house staffing due to minimal staff turnover) daily contact, interaction & support of aides, assist w/orientation of aides, schedule & assist w/in-house training & other duties that support our outstanding nurse aide team.
