SAP CONFIGURATION Analyst – Ec-cs, co-pa, CO-CCA, IO, PCA

We need an SAP Analyst to help us implement new SAP ECC 6.0 mySAP ERP 2005 technology in our Foothill Ranch, CA location.

 

Requirements:

· Experience with the functionality provided by SAP in the areas of Consolidation and Controlling – Profitability Analysis, Profit Center Accounting, Cost Center Accounting and Internal Orders

· Experience with CO Master Data including creation of Profit Center and Cost Center groups under standard and alternate hierarchies

· Experience with creating Cost Centers including collection Cost Centers and allocation Cost Centers.  Setting control parameters for actual posting and allocation characteristics for sender and receiver costs. Configuration of assessment, distribution and reposting.

· Experience with creating Profit Centers including document number ranges of PCA, creating operating concern and controlling versions.

· Experience with configuration of cost based and account based CO-PA. Creation of CO-PA Master Data including characteristics, value fields and attributes, derivation techniques and rules, settlement structures, profiles, and layouts.

· Overall systems methodology lifecycle experience

· Ability to translate functional requirements into technical terms relevant to SAP to coordinate and assist with the detailed technical design tasks

· Configuration skills within the SAP application for EC-CS, CO-PA, CO - PCA, CCA, IO

· Knowledge of SAP’s New GL a plus

· Cost Accounting skills and experience a plus

· Knowledge of integration and configuration objects in SD a plus

· 3-5 years experience working in SAP Controlling modules

 

 

What you’ll do:

· You will be on the Finance Process team of Apria’s SAP project and will be designing and implementing a new solution for functionality to support Finance and Operations

· Work side by side with Apria business team members and consultants to understand their detailed requirements that support their business in order to design and configure the software

· Assist in the design of the SAP configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements

· Develop an application prototype to validate the design and explore SAP gap resolution options

· Configure the SAP system to match the design

· Perform unit testing of development system configuration

· Assist with the string testing of end-to-end scenarios to verify system configuration across modules

· Complete required design documentation of system configuration

· Enter configuration into a master configuration SAP system and prepare it for migration and transport to subsequent SAP environments

· Assist with the functional and technical designs of custom programming work units

· Participate in additional testing, including testing of custom programming work units and system test

· Develop system test documentation, including test cycles, test conditions, expected results and test data

· Complete all appropriate documentation required by the programmers, testers, deployment team and application management team that will maintain the application
