Assists in the managing of trending of data from risk management and prevention activities, claims and loss prevention studies, for identification of corrective and preventative actions. The RA assists in investigation of sentinel events, root cause analyses, and risk issues, via interviewing, data collection, chart review and document validation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field required with at least 5 years work experience. Healthcare and/or clinical experience preferred. Paralegal experience a plus. Experience in loss control and claims management preferred. Knowledge of medical malpractice and healthcare law preferred. Experience in working with teams in a complex organization.
