Relies on established internal protocol and works under general supervision. Essential Functions:Provides comprehensive administrative, logistical, and document production support to assigned contract(s), individual(s) and/or peer review panel(s). Requires ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Maintains necessary records and files, and establishes, maintains and reorganizes electronic and physical filing systems as required. Performs other general office duties and miscellaneous tasks in the procedural aspects expediting the work of the office or peer review panel such as general filing, mass mailing, faxing and copying. Performs quality check of project database to ensure that data and other information are complete and accurate. Maintains tracking system for contract tasks. Interfaces with clients and other government officials on a regular basis in managing the receipt of proposals and organizing the Peer Review meetings. Provides assistance to the technical staff in the organization for the preparation and dissemination of materials prior to meetings/conferences/site visits. Participates in training temporary staff leading up to Peer Review, when necessary. Performs other related duties as assigned. Skills and Experience:Proficient in the use of computers, general office equipment, MS Office Family of software, Adobe Acrobat Professional applications, and databases Knowledge of office management principles, practices and procedures grammar, spelling, punctuation and required formats to produce correspondence and reports Knowledge of advanced functions of a variety of computer software (e.g., word processing, database management, electronic spreadsheets and graphics) and knowledge of the use and integration of these software packages in the performance of assigned duties Attention to detail and ability to effectively and efficiently perform multiple tasks and balance competing priorities often within a required timeframe Professional and mature demeanor and conduct, especially during interactions with the client and its constituents Ability to respond and adapt quickly to changing requirements and competing demands Problem-solving, decision-making and good judgment skills Ability to take initiative and/or independently respond to situations Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when storing, copying and transporting files Bachelor's degree 2-5 years of related experience Or an appropriate combination of applicable education and experienceSRA offers a competitive benefits package.To learn more about SRA International, go to www.sra.com.SRA International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
