Primary Responsibilities:Identify potential retention risks and escalate and/or resolve as appropriate Work closely with sales leadership, providers, Member Services and other areas to ensure member satisfaction Monitor enrollment/retention issues and recommend adjustments in retention strategies as needed to achieve goals Maintain retention account database for retention initiatives and accomplishments Manage Retention Program Coordinate Member Appreciation events Work with Retention Call Center Coordinate Disenrollement Survey and analyze results Develop and Implement new retention initiatives Analyze Member Satisfaction Survey results Analyze Member Call Logs from Call Center Perform other related functions as assignedQualifications:2 years of experience delivering customer service to members or clients via the phone is required bilingual abilities in Spanish is required Microsoft office experience is required Healthcare customer service experience in Medicaidis preferred Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills are needed Excellent customer service skills are requiredUnitedHealth Group offers a full range of comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental and vision, as well as a matching 401k and an employee stock purchase plan.
